  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and free from damage or stains.

  • All original packaging and tags must be included with the return.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items.

Refund Process

Initiate a return  Contact us at discountrugco@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number and reason for return.
Ship Your Item Once authorized, securely package the item and send it to the return address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Approval After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Receive Your Refund Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
